Aussie Amber enjoying herself.
Churchie says we're getting t-shirts made.

With nanny shazza

starting the puffer fish early

After days of trying, finally able to
get onto Nanny shazza's knee

Warbirds over wanaka. This was just the best thing ever. An F1-11 doing a dump and burn. Takes 9 minutes for it to turn up from Christchurch. Churchie and I had to cover the girls ears so we're like an old deaf married couple

The NZ airforce choppers doing the craziest stunts

A hercules sneaking up..

and doing a touch and go. Amazing
that we were so close

NZ Day celebrations. Unfortunately Ruby was disqualified from the egg and spoon race as she peeled and ate her egg before they had even lined up. It was a tasty egg though.

The spud growing champion. Ruby won Lake Hawea's heaviest spud in 'The Great Spud Dig Competition'. It weighed in at 517g.

out in the vege patch

counting the dusty sheep with Granny P

higher dad!

Here we go.

Ruby and the ruby sized goat at the A&P show. We got to pat a lot of thing that day.

What happens to dad when you buy your kid her first hairbands.

Ruby waiting for the goose to go 'honk'. Churchie shot 5 (he still amazes me. We've also been on a hot date rabbit shooting!!) and surprisingly it was quite tasty.

All in at the pool party at Patearoa.

Mmmm....tasty ears. The very sweet natured Lizzy takes a lot but makes up for it with all the stolen biscuits and licks when I'm not watching.

Happily donging away.

Making a break for it.

After a month of dragging herself aound the house (land swimming) Amber decided to not only crawl but to start standing!

Amber and golly. Hooray for Amber
as our lovely child now moves. Yes she
rolls and now drags herself along the
carpet. We weren't expecting this as
at her 8 month checkup she weighed
in at 10.5kg.

Ruby's turned into a great little helper
and this may explain why she's as
dense as the moon

we might be getting in early..
Safety precaution for when the
sugar kicks in

Amber and her namesake.
She will be quite disappointed to find
out it's empty. No one gets between
Churchie and good beer.
What happens when I'm left alone.
Churchie and the Kling-on.
This one is for Rosie. The best photo
of maybe 7. They just kept squirming
so you'll just have to come and see them

Making the most of a Lake Hawea
windy day. Not the success it's
supposed to be when the 38 year old and
the 2 year old both refuse to let go..

On the springbug at the top of the
stairs, waiting for ruby to launch
herself.

Ruby and Nan eating all the xmas
cherries

Ruby, The Oak, Victoria and Sandra
enjoying a HOT Central Otago day

Dad, Ruby and Lizzy swimming
at Dublin Bay

Donning the pinny (apron for all you
non kiwis) to help with Xmas lunch
but couldn't resist a quick bounce
on the way

I am supposed to be in bed but mum
and dad busted me.

Bath toy chewing frenzy

our little rock star

The Oak (oliver) and Ruby.

Uncle Doug's Xmas present. There
were tears and anguished cries after
I wrestled it off her.

Moosh - Ruby and Emily off for a
bike ride

Xmas Day - 22 for xmas lunch and it
was awesome. Quite a way to stress
test and celebrate the new place.
They all didn't quite eat enough ham for
our liking as 8 days later we finally
finished it.

Amber and Great Nan

Full of smiles.

This makes me laugh. Keighley and
her bump make the best baby seat.
